Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated ABA Behavior Therapist / Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Greenville, NC. Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing established treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, utilizing discrete trials and other evidence-based methods to inform treatment decisions.
- Work collaboratively with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy, ensuring seamless integration of services.
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, maintaining a high level of professionalism and adaptability in all aspects of your work.
- Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions, ensuring a smooth and effective delivery of services.

Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred.
- Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting, with a strong focus on behavior support and intervention.
- 1-year ABA Experience, or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel to clients' homes and other locations as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Employee must be able to lift up to 35lbs, perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time, and respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children.
