You'll work closely with our multicultural teams distributed throughout the world to propose new alternatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage job postings on various portals. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
* Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
* Manage job postings on different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open
**What We're Looking For:**
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
* Marked attention to detail in daily work
* 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
* Advanced English level
