Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Product Testing: Perform detailed testing of our coupons experience, including downloading the Shopping extension, entering codes into promotional boxes on merchant sites, and logging extension responses.
- Anomaly Detection and Resolution: Log and track anomalies associated with product testing, collaborating with product and engineering teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Agile Team Participation: Participate in stand-up ceremonies to stay aligned with team priorities and adjust your workflow accordingly.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to aggregate merchant logos, upload them into our content management systems, and verify their display across mobile and web applications.
- Merchant Experience Management: Activate and maintain various merchant experiences across our Shopping channels, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- UX, Application, or Software Testing Experience: A background in testing digital products, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences.
- Effective Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to articulate issues and collaborate with various stakeholders.
