Position Overview
We are currently hiring full-time Data Entry Specialists to work from home, offering competitive compensation of $260 per day. This role is ideal for individuals who have strong data entry skills, enjoy remote work, and possess a knack for technical problem-solving. The position involves entering, updating, and verifying data with a high degree of accuracy while also providing technical support for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems.

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist and Technical Support Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations. Your primary duties will include:
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter, update, and verify data in our systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all platforms. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all information is properly documented.
- Technical Support for Desktop Systems: Introduce, arrange, and investigate desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues. You will be the go-to person for resolving technical problems and ensuring that our systems operate smoothly.
- Password and Security Management: Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security. You will be responsible for ensuring that all sensitive information is protected and that security protocols are followed.
- User Support and Communication: Provide technical support to PC system users, answering questions and resolving issues face-to-face, by phone, or remotely. You will communicate with clients and colleagues to identify problems and provide effective solutions.
- Hardware and Software Assistance: Provide assistance regarding the use of PC hardware and software, including printing, installation, project systems (such as SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K), email, and operating systems. You will ensure that users have the tools they need to perform their jobs effectively.
- Client Care and Issue Resolution: Answer client care demands and determine the nature of technical assistance issues (software or hardware related). You will maintain trust in our Technical Support Group (TSG) by delivering high-quality service.
- Phone Support: Speak with clients by telephone to discuss identified issues or concerns and resolve problems such as hardware or software breakdowns and user errors.
- Research and Problem Solving: Investigate identified issues by clarifying questions, researching web information sites, and consulting internal resources (such as project notebooks) to identify solutions and facilitate resolution.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits within the area to investigate issues or present or update hardware and software when support issues cannot be partially resolved remotely.
- Follow-Up and Documentation: Conduct follow-up with clients to verify that issues were completely resolved. Complete service orders to avoid operational delays in resolving issues.
Location Information
This position is primarily based in Texas, with the primary work location being TXALG. Potential alternate locations include TXDFW (Dallas/Fort Worth) and TXDAL (Dallas). Travel between offices may be required as part of this role, providing opportunities to engage with different teams and gain diverse experience within the organization.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
