Job Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be primarily based in our Philippines office and interact with the Finance and Payroll team in APAC. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions, inputting and updating customer information and account details with precision, and responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns efficiently.

The ideal candidate for this role should be organized, detail-oriented, and have high accuracy in extent transactional work. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work remotely with other APAC team members outside of the Philippines. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional education or training in data entry is a plus.
