Job Summary

Your primary responsibilities will include verifying data from source documents, identifying and correcting errors, and performing other job-related duties as required. Key Responsibilities
- Verifies data from source documents according to established procedures and rules, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verifies data entered with source documents for typographical errors, missing or repeated data, correct use of composition codes, style rules, and edits to make corrections, additions, or deletions as appropriate.
- Searches entire application while assembling files in a prescribed sequence, identifying and preparing all necessary Text, CWU, and Drawings information while ensuring a product conforming to established rules and guidelines.
- Completes timesheets on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate tracking of productive hours.
- Follows standard procedures as outlined by current ISO requirements, demonstrating a commitment to quality and excellence.
- Performs other job-related duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in basic skills and knowledge.
- Commitment of up to three weeks of full-time remote training, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at-home hours per week, demonstrating a strong work ethic and ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and management.
- Ability to meet scheduled deadlines, demonstrating a sense of urgency and commitment to delivering results.

Training and Development
