Are you ready to be part of something extraordinary? At arenaflex, we don't just build software—we engineer the physical backbone that powers the internet. Our Technical Infrastructure team is the heartbeat of our organization, responsible for maintaining the cutting-edge data centers that keep billions of users connected every single day. We are looking for a talented and motivated Data Center Technician to join our Hardware Operations team and help us maintain the world's most advanced computing infrastructure.
If you're passionate about technology, thrive in a hands-on environment, and want to work with state-of-the-art hardware and networking equipment, this is your opportunity to make an impact on a global scale. This role offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with remote opportunities.
About the Role
As a Data Center Technician at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our data center infrastructure. You'll be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware components such as servers, storage systems, and networking equipment. Your daily activities will involve working with Linux-based systems, configuring complex network components including routers, hubs, bridges, switches, and developing innovative solutions to technical challenges.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys physical hands-on work combined with technical problem-solving. You'll participate in and lead small project teams on large-scale installations, develop contingency plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome complex technical obstacles.
