Key Responsibilities
- Assist in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research activities, including data collection, preparation, and analysis to build summaries, tables, and report segments.
- Join disparate databases using SQL to support the daily operations of our customer experience tracking projects.
- Collaborate with various teams to conduct research, communicate project objectives, business requirements, and timelines to efficiently target, optimize, and enhance our datasets.
- Build and maintain relationships with research partners within the team and across different departments, as well as external vendors.
- Analyze and prepare ongoing and ad-hoc reports involving quantitative and qualitative data for various groups within product marketing, engagement, and product strategy.
- Manage assigned projects, implement quality assurance processes, and report tasks and status to supervisors to ensure completion within established timelines.
- Work closely with the Sr. Manager and team to ensure that each outcome is strategically significant and drives key business decisions.
- Collaborate with the team and research groups within Snowflake and Databricks to leverage cutting-edge technologies and tools.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written knowledge of data elements and requirements, responding to critical data requests from internal clients.
- Support the presentation of findings based on research conducted and contribute to related business discussions.
Essential Qualifications
