Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to internal teams and functional partners, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
- Support the coordination of high-priority projects that standardize and streamline financial cycles across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Support internal business workflows, such as management costing, workforce management, and resource planning, leveraging data analysis and technical expertise to drive process improvements.
- Work with various data systems and provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and issue resolution, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data engineering, or technical fields, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Economics, Informatics, or Computer Science, with a strong foundation in mathematics and analytical skills.
- Experience working with data and data manipulation software, such as R, SQL, Python, and building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, and Smartsheet.
- Understanding of social database design and capability, with experience in data modeling and data warehousing.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to refine insights from data and create compelling messaging for executive audiences.
