Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions about our app, and assisting members with their accounts * Solving general issues and escalating technical problems to our engineering team * Drafting support articles and assisting with creating member tutorials * Using our app regularly and providing detailed feedback to our product team on beta features * Collaborating with our team to resolve issues and improve our services * Other duties as assigned by your supervisor **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who shares our passion for empowering financial success.
