**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Answering Phones, Emails, and Live Chat**: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll need to be able to respond quickly and efficiently to their inquiries.
* **Professionally Responding to Customer Inquiries**: You'll need to be able to respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, even in high-pressure situations.
* **Identifying, Escalating Priority Issues, and Reporting to High-Level Management**: You'll need to be able to identify priority issues and escalate them to high-level management, while also providing regular updates and reports.
* **Following Up on Complicated Customer Interactions**: You'll need to be able to follow up on complicated customer interactions, ensuring that the customer is satisfied and that the issue is resolved.
* **Recording Details of Customer Interactions**: You'll need to be able to record details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently, using our CRM system.
* **Developing Rapport with Customers**: You'll need to be able to develop rapport with customers, using your excellent communication skills and positive attitude to build trust and rapport.
* **Offering Solutions, Not Excuses**: You'll need to be able to offer solutions to customers, rather than just excuses or apologies.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **1 Year of Customer Service-Related Experience**: While not required, we prefer candidates with at least 1 year of customer service-related experience.
* **1 Year of Call Center Experience**: While not required, we prefer candidates with at least 1 year of call center experience.
* **Basic Knowledge of Computers**: You'll need to have basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs.
* **Excellent Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling**: You'll need to have excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
* **Live in One of the Following States**: We're only able to hire candidates who live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah.
