**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with patients, clients, and customers to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and promote our brand. **Key Responsibilities**
* Interact with patients, clients, and customers to provide personalized support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients, with a focus on providing overall savings and improving health outcomes
* Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications
* Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
* Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
* Proactively gather patient and order information to ensure accurate and timely processing
* Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to resolve complex issues and provide customer education
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
* 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
* Must reside in the state of Nevada
* Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
* Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements
* Familiarity with HIPAA and governmental compliance regulations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
