Key Responsibilities

- Answer routine telephone calls and, when necessary, deviate from standard scripts to meet customer needs.
- Provide standardized responses using user-friendly GUI screens for our client systems and documentation.
- Resolve basic or Tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, and updates to customer information (name, address, etc.).
- Enter required data accurately into client-provided systems and databases.
- Utilize decision trees and established processes to identify and resolve common customer issues.
- Escalate or refer unresolved issues to experienced representatives or designated departments for further investigation.
- Maintain current knowledge of our company's and assigned clients' products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Frequently refer to online manuals and client-specific training materials to ensure accurate information delivery.
- Adhere strictly to association guidelines, compliance protocols, and company policies throughout all tasks.
