Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our journey. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Managing and responding to all incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner * Manual entry and maintenance of orders and return authorizations with high accuracy * Researching requests/inquiries concerning availability of parts, order status, and return status * Directing questions to the proper person/department, ensuring seamless communication and resolution * Completing general office duties, including filing, faxing, and copying * Providing support to all Reseller Accounts, Consumers, Tech, and Field Sales as required * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction * Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * 1 to 3 years of customer service or related experience with direct customer contact via telephone, Call Center experience preferred * Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy * Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook * Proven ability to multi-task and work well under pressure * Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Strong work ethic with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Knowledge of Infor/Syteline * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
