**What You'll Do in This Role**
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing inbound customer support and resolving technical issues
* Assisting customers with billing concerns and ensuring the accuracy of their accounts
* Ensuring the appropriateness of social media content and delivering expert customer experiences
* Working collaboratively with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
**Your Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma and/or GED
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies
* Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
* Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
* Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
