**Job Summary:**
arenaflex is currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our expanding remote customer service team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, chat, and email channels. If you're passionate about providing top-notch service, resolving customer complaints, and meeting or exceeding defined service level goals, we want to hear from you!
**Responsibilities:**
* Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
* Providing accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues or concerns
* Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the system
* Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries
* Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets
* Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
**Key Performance Indicators:**
* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score
* Average Handling Time (AHT)
* Net Promoter Score (NPS)
**Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Computer proficiency and familiarity with basic software applications
* Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
