You'll work closely with our Community Management staff and associates to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, remote work environment, with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. **Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound calls from homeowners, residents of rental properties, realtors, and institutions promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. * Assist residents by providing service information and processing work orders when necessary, ensuring timely resolution of issues. * Collaborate with Community Management staff and associates to address inquiries regarding unit and community information, providing accurate and up-to-date information. * Utilize internal software and available resources to research information and provide accurate assistance, ensuring seamless communication with clients and residents. * Verify and update customer information as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity. * Maintain open availability during Customer Care Center hours, with designated days off as specified for each state, ensuring seamless coverage and minimizing disruptions. **Pre-employment Training** To ensure your success in this role, we offer a comprehensive three-week training program, Monday through Friday, to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your position.
