As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert advice, guidance, and support to help them overcome their challenges and achieve success.
**Who You Are & What You'd Do**
You'll be a key member of our team, working remotely to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
* Providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborating with our team to identify and resolve customer issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
**A Day in the Life**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Here's an overview of what a typical day might look like:
* You'll start your day by clocking in and checking in with the team on Microsoft Teams
* You'll sign into Acumatica, our internal inventory management tool and customer database, to access customer information and product details
* You'll begin answering calls and emails, using your expertise and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service
* You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* You'll participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
**Training & Coaching**
As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program to ensure you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:
* Mandatory training days, Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm EST
* Ongoing coaching and feedback to help you improve your skills and knowledge
* Regular quality reviews to ensure you're meeting our high standards
* Access to our internal knowledge base and resources to help you stay up-to-date on our products and services
