Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling high amounts of incoming calls with professionalism and poise * Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and exceed expectations * Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussions * Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods and tools * Managing complaints, providing proper solutions and options, and following up to secure resolution * Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents * Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies * Establishing and building relationships with our customers * Going the extra mile to engage customers and deliver exceptional experiences **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferred) * Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities * Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees * Strong attention to detail * Exceptional communication and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively * Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work nights & some weekends * Availability to work 1pm - 11pm CST, 4 days/ week with rotating Saturdays or 3pm -11pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred * Proficiency in using Mac computers and the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.) * Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering results on-time and exceeding expectations **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy industry * Knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies * Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative) **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and customer relationship management principles * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills.
