As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy: * Competitive salary: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance * Work-from-home flexibility, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance * Opportunities for professional growth and development, with a focus on promoting from within * Annual reviews and performance evaluations to ensure your success **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Answering high call/email volumes in a timely and professional manner * Tracking packages and processing credit applications * Handling product returns and assisting customers with warehouse errors/shipping issues * Processing credit card and ACH payments, sending customers their invoices and statements, and processing credits * Managing departmental tasks and projects, including light accounting and administrative duties * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams * Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * A friendly and enthusiastic personality, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service * Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and resolve complex issues * Experience working in a customer service role, with a focus on providing exceptional support and resolving customer complaints * Light accounting experience, with the ability to manage financial tasks and projects * A self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision * Digitally savvy, with experience using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Excel, etc.) and other productivity tools * Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet workstation * Previous long-term experience working remotely full-time (this is a must!) **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, experience with the following tools and technologies is preferred: * Microsoft Suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Excel, etc.) * CRM software * Project Management Tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) * QuickBooks/NetSuite **Education and Experience** * High school or equivalent (preferred) * 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional support and resolving customer complaints * 2+ years of experience working remotely full-time * Microsoft Suite experience (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Excel, etc.) * Customer service experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare-related industry (preferred) **Shift Availability** * 8-hour shift * Day shift (required) * Evening shift (required) **Work Location** * Remote work environment, with the ability to work from home **How to Apply** If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you!
