Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You'll work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Technical Service, and Supply Chain, to provide quick responses and resolve issues efficiently. Your proactive approach will help maintain and grow business at existing and new accounts, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries received by phone, email, and fax, documenting interactions in Salesforce * Recommend, quote, sample, and sell VBS products, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up * Process orders from receipt to delivery and invoicing, verifying accuracy against documented procedures * Enter new orders, verifying for accuracy, and process order changes/cancellations * Recommend alternative product constructions if required, monitoring open work orders and expediting as needed * Proactively notify customers of late or problem orders and provide VBS product alternatives to assist customers * Resolve customer-specific freight and logistics issues/questions through consultation with arenaflex Shipping Departments * Utilize the E-price tool to support customer inquiries, including VBS product recommendations, price quotes, and price discounting * Resolve information-related customer complaints and implement corrective action, confirming resolution and corrective action to customers * Handle complaints for pricing mistakes, order entry errors, and customer accommodations * Proactively engage assigned accounts by initiating phone and/or email contact to understand business applications and uncover missed opportunities * Assist with order entry overflow for repeat orders and standard price quotations overflow * Enter new customer information and contribute to Customer Service Improvement Teams as required * Cross-train new employees when appropriate and demonstrate a "can-do" attitude to overcome obstacles **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience * 1-3 years of previous Customer Service experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment * Experience using an ERP system highly preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot problems * Collaborative team spirit and adaptability * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) * Experience using Salesforce.com a plus **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll work from the comfort of your own home or office, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work environment. arenaflex values work-life balance and offers a supportive and inclusive culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and growth.
