This means you can enjoy a better work-life balance while still being part of a dynamic and innovative team. **Job Summary** We are seeking a full-time, remote Customer Advocate Phone Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and in-person.
