You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience, providing solutions to internal and external customer problems, and delivering first-name resolution. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Support financial products and services, including identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing solutions to internal and external customer problems * Perform complex customer service tasks, including receiving guidance from customer support managers and resolving non-recurring questions * Interact with customer support teams on complex customer problems, providing education on regulations and procedures, and offering guidance to less skilled individuals, as well as internal and external clients * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices **Required Qualifications** * 2+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, education, military experience, or education * Ability to listen and elicit information * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Basic Microsoft Office skills * Ability to navigate multiple PC systems, applications, and search tools to find information * Ability to troubleshoot common PC problems * Knowledge and experience of international and domestic wire transfers processing * Knowledge and experience of financial services or call center environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills * Ability to provide excellent customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer problems * Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner * Ability to follow regulations, procedures, and laws * Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills * Ability to handle a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability * Bilingual speaking skills in Spanish/English (optional) **Desired Qualifications** * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that supports their physical and economic well-being.
