Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers who have placed an order through the arenaflex exchange. You will be taking calls and responding to emails on a broad range of event and order-related questions, working to ensure that we are providing exceptional service to both our sellers and our customers. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, and your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving issues and providing timely assistance to our customers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities

Role Expectations and Progression

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your role expectations will progress over time. In the first 30 days, you will complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about how arenaflex operates and the live event industry. You will learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you will contribute to providing great experiences for our customers. You will also gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems.

By 60 days, you will be investigating instances in which customer experience has been affected, determining where fault lies, and resolving issues fairly and constructively. You will handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities and navigate order queues to determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.

By 90 days, you will be playing an active role in continued learning and professional development, advancing skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. You will manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
