**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work on a temporary project with a chance of contract extension. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to telephone inquiries, and completing online applications. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
**Responsibilities**
* Use standard call-center technology, including telephones, email, and web browsers, to assist callers with completing online applications and responding to telephone inquiries.
* Respond to written and telephone inquiries from claimants and third-party contacts in a timely and professional manner.
* Participate in training, team meetings, and reviews of internal and external communications to stay up-to-date on policies and procedures.
* Adhere to provided schedules and privacy rules set forth by the programs we serve.
* Complete all assigned training as necessary and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies as they apply to the various programs we service.
* Fill out timesheets and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
**Key Qualifications**
* Experience working with the Florida Department of Commerce (Unemployment) is highly preferred.
* Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently.
* High School diploma or equivalent is required.
* Minimum 1 year of customer service/call center experience is required.
* Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM.
* Experience working with a PC and the Windows operating system is required.
* Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times is required.
* Must have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks.
* Ability to work as a member of a team.
