Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Become a subject matter expert on software developed by arenaflex and assist physicians and other clients with technical and non-technical issues
- Maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations, and provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns
- Efficiently and accurately document all conversations, escalate issues as warranted, and perform above standards in evaluation reviews
- Alert management to service concerns that are not resolved in a timely and acceptable manner and take initiative to resolve issues promptly
- Communicate effectively via email, phone, and other channels, and maintain an open and flexible schedule to meet the needs of the organization
- Perform other duties as required or assigned for professional development and contribute to the growth and success of the arenaflex team
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous work experience in the customer service/support field, preferably in a call center environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office components, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional attitude, appearance, and strong communication skills
- Experience with level 1 technology and ability to learn new systems and software quickly
- Accustomed to call center metrics and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must be reliable, coachable, and maintain an open and flexible schedule to meet the needs of the organization
