Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and close out maintenance orders, verifying details pertaining to the work completed and ensuring seamless order processing.
- Assist technicians with order closeouts, providing support and guidance as needed to ensure efficient resolution.
- Handle internal escalations, ensuring orders are accepted and rolled on in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
- Update information through data entry, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
- Run reports and update trackers as needed, providing valuable insights and supporting business decision-making.
- Assist with logistics and system-related issues, troubleshooting problems and collaborating with teams to resolve complex issues.

Work Environment and Company Culture

To be eligible for remote work, you must live within 45 minutes to 1 hour of Green Bay, WI, and have a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
Training and Schedule
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll undergo in-person training at our office in Green Bay, WI, where you'll develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your role. Following training, you'll transition to a 12-hour rotating night shift schedule, working from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.
