Job Overview
The Exit Booth Agent will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to clients, primarily face-to-face, supporting their rental needs, and facilitating the rental process efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely to ensure a seamless rental experience for customers.
- Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control purposes.
- Provide additional services to premium members by offering refueling options and other loyalty program benefits.
- Maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas to present a neat and orderly image, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence.
- Ensure that the "Booth" is stocked with appropriate supplies to meet the needs of customers, including maps, directions, and local area information.
- Provide all customers with undivided attention while assisting them at the exit booth, making eye contact, and greeting them warmly.
- Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information, effectively and efficiently resolving all customer service issues as necessary.
- Process returns as necessary, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience, even at the end of their rental period.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of retail customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a current and valid driver's license.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by arenaflex for this position now or in the future.
- Must be living within 30 minutes of the Philadelphia International Airport to ensure reliability and punctuality.
- Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday, Wednesday 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Friday 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, and Saturday 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in the car rental industry or a related field.
