With a diverse and inclusive work environment, we offer opportunities for career growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, prescription, and vision coverage. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner * Advancing and selling air travel to the traveling public or cargo forwarders * Assisting with passenger check-in and cargo acceptance * Interpreting government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments * Meeting and dispatching aircraft within established times * Providing support to distressed passengers and customers * Safeguarding company property and revenue * Ensuring safe travel practices **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays * Must be able to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable * Valid driver's license, as required by local authorities * Bilingual language skills, preferred in certain locations **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and issues in a professional and courteous manner * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry * Knowledge of government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments * Experience with airline software and systems, such as Sabre or Amadeus * Bilingual language skills, with proficiency in a second language **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
