**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing direct customer support via phone, chat, and case management systems, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
* Resolving customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
* Maintaining service quality by adhering to established service standards and procedures.
* Documenting interactions and resolutions in the appropriate systems.
* Meeting performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
* Collaborating with team members and departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
* Staying informed about company products, services, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
* Utilizing technology tools, including Salesforce, PC and Mac operating systems, and Microsoft Office365 Applications.
* Providing feedback to management to help improve processes and customer service delivery.
* Contributing to continuous improvement by participating in training sessions and initiatives aimed at improving individual and team performance.
* Performing additional tasks as assigned to support the overall objectives of the customer service department.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service).
* 5+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Bilingual English/Spanish (fluency in other languages is a plus).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Salesforce, PC and Mac operating systems, and Microsoft Office365 Applications.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
* Knowledge of customer service software and systems, including CRM platforms.
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
* Experience with training and development programs, including coaching and mentoring.
