Our dedicated team of pharmacists plays a vital role in the U.S. healthcare system by providing a wide range of pharmacy and healthcare services, including those that promote equitable access to care for underserved populations. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Remote Jobs (Wfh), you will be responsible for: * Utilizing arenaflex's solution information passage techniques and rules processes new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system. * Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing. * Investigating to acquire missing medication data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Settling all data entry related to special cases. * Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and resolving outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed. * Settling Outsider Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual plan requirements. * Settling phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Exceptions. * Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas. * Identifying and communicating issues to senior-level staff as necessary. **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online). * Basic web search skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files). * Ability to communicate in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications:** * At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/registration by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Remote Jobs (Wfh) at arenaflex, you will have opportunities to: * Develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, data entry, and pharmacy operations. * Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your performance and career growth. * Contribute to the success of arenaflex's mission to make a positive impact on people's lives through better health. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
