Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to all inbound inquiries from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills * Providing technical assistance to applicants, allowing them to complete their applications * Navigating our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to applicants' questions * Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed * Developing strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to empathize with applicants * Staying up-to-date on all arenaflex application programs to provide excellent applicant support * Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to improve our processes **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of effective communication skills both orally and in writing * Technical savvy and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly * Strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds * Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges * Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat) * Bilingual abilities preferred; English/Chinese (Mandarin)/Spanish * High level of organization and attention to detail * Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule (or similar) **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong interpersonal skills and empathy * Technical skills, including proficiency in computerized systems and software * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
