**Requirements:**

**Work Environment and Schedule:**
As a remote Customer Service Professional, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with flexible scheduling to meet business needs. Our hours of operation are 8am - 12 am EST Monday - Sunday, with 40 hours a week shifts that can change to meet business requirements. We also offer shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked.
**Training and Development:**
When you join our team, you'll receive comprehensive training that combines classroom and on-the-job learning. Our virtual classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm EST, and the training duration can vary.
**Pay Range:**
The pay range for this position is $14.36 - $22.25, considering a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
