About the Role
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. As a 100% work-from-home agent, you'll be responsible for handling a large volume of calls, conducting telephone screenings, and engaging in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct telephone screenings to assess customer needs and provide solutions
- Engage in positive interactions with customers to build trust and resolve issues
- Utilize computer software and systems to manage customer interactions and update records
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the US
- Willing to consent to a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer navigation skills
- Ability to work in a quiet, home office environment with minimal distractions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience working in a call center or remote work environment
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
Technical Requirements:
As a remote worker, you'll be required to use your own computer equipment and internet service. Please ensure you meet the following specifications:
- Laptop or Desktop computer with 8GB of RAM
- Google Chrome installed
- Operating System - Windows 10/11 Home or Pro with all Windows updates installed
- Mouse and keyboard
- USB headset with boom mic
- Webcam (built-in or external USB)
- PC connected via Ethernet cable or secured Wi-Fi (WPA2 Personal with a strong password)
- Reliable internet with 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speed
- 1 Monitor (minimum 19”)
