**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis (17.5 hours per week). As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing accurate information, advising on our products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer queries, manage product replacements, refunds, and orders, and promote our latest products.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer enquiries through various communication channels, including telephone, live chat, social media, and email
* Capture information through the customer SAP database
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers
* Advise customers on our entire product range
* Manage product replacements, refunds, and orders
* Encourage upgrades to our latest products
* Provide relief reception cover as and when required
* Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer queries and improve customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* Prior experience within a Customer Service environment from an FMCG industry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Computer literate with a strong understanding of customer service software
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pressurized environment
* Strong influencing skills to promote our products and services
**Desirable Qualifications**
* Knowledge of SAP (training will be provided)
* Experience working in a part-time or flexible role
