As the Customer Experience Data Analytics Lead at careerzynith, you will be the driving force behind our IFP CX data and analytics strategy. Your mission will be to deeply understand, measure, and transform the B2B customer experience across our global portfolio. Working alongside senior stakeholders, growth teams, and Accountable Business Units (ABUs), you will embed data-driven decision-making into the very fabric of our customer experience culture.
