You'll be the face of arenaflex to our clients, serving as a brand ambassador and providing personalized assistance to help them navigate their travel, card, and lifestyle needs. Your primary goal will be to create unforgettable experiences for our clients, building strong relationships and fostering loyalty to the arenaflex brand. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome clients upon arrival at the lounge, providing a warm and personalized welcome. * Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring seamless and efficient service. * Develop creative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, ultimately building brand loyalty and advocacy. * Utilize the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations, providing attentive and proactive support. * Offer travel advice and make reservations on behalf of clients. * Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment. * Experience in a carrier, lounge, or travel industry setting, including reservation experience. * Proven ability to think proactively and provide solutions to clients' needs. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging demeanor. * Ability to listen attentively to clients' needs and provide personalized recommendations, resulting in high client satisfaction. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing client needs in unexpected situations. * Proficiency in using web-based technology to provide support in a face-to-face client environment. * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and be flexible. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific tasks. **What We Offer** As a Customer Experience Concierge at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
