**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
* Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to track issues and resolutions
