Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Care Administrators. As a Customer Care Administrator, you will have the opportunity to participate in various paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews, sharing your opinions and experiences on a range of topics. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy the flexibility to choose your own schedule.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss PRIOR to meeting date
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
Experience
While experience is not required, you must be able to work independently and have a strong desire to participate in paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews.

Compensation
As a Customer Care Administrator, you can earn between $75-$150 per 1-hour session and up to $300-$750 for multi-session studies.
