You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities for advancement and professional development. **Key Responsibilities** * Interact with customers via phone to provide information, resolve inquiries, and address concerns related to our insurance coverage and products * Transfer calls to the appropriate department to ensure efficient issue resolution * Follow up on unresolved inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction * Research and resolve customer issues using our computer system * Identify, research, and resolve billing and claims issues * Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner * Navigate through automated information systems to analyze customer situations * Perform in a fast-paced, changing environment, maintaining high-quality scores * Demonstrate flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed * Other duties as assigned by the management team related to job functions **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED * Work experience in a face-to-face or call center environment * Experience multitasking between programs and completing required data entry of client demographics or client lookup systems while talking to customers * Work experience using a corporate email system * Experience navigating through system applications on a desktop computer or laptop * Adaptability to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment * Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed **Preferred Qualifications** * Highly preferred: Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English and either Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish * Healthcare industry work experience * Call Center experience in a metrics-driven environment * Previous healthcare work experience interacting with members and/or providers **Career Growth Opportunities** As a Contact Center Agent, you'll have opportunities to grow your career in various areas, including: * Performance support * Senior Agent roles * People leader roles * Business analytics * Workforce effectiveness * Other areas **Benefits and Compensation** arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including: * Salary: $34,091 - $52,000 (dependent on location and experience) * Quarterly bonuses averaging $1,100 every three months * Overtime pay * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + Medical, dental, and vision coverage + Basic life and accident insurance + Flexible reimbursement accounts + Employee assistance plan + arenaflex 401(k) plan + And more! **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
