The Role: Community Strategist
As a Community Strategist at Soar, you'll be responsible for onboarding clients, setting up projects, managing deliverables, and ensuring we hit our deadlines. You'll also be focused on expanding account value over time, working closely with our leadership team to drive growth and success. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Reddit posts and comments that don't sound promotional, ensuring our clients' brands are represented in a authentic and engaging way
- Review copy from writers to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
- Find mentions that could be a good fit for our clients, identifying opportunities to insert their brands into relevant conversations
- Collaborate with leadership to scope and plan potential campaigns for new clients
- Sync with clients regularly to report on progress, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service
- Review client analytics and campaign performance, adjusting our strategies and tactics accordingly to drive optimal results
Requirements and Qualifications
