**Key Responsibilities**
* Moderate the chat of arenaflex's Discord server, ensuring that users adhere to our community guidelines and rules
* Delete messages made by users that violate our rules
* Ban users who have multiple and repeat violations of our rules
* Mute users who have violated our rules
* Investigate reports made by users about violations of our rules
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive community
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
**Qualifications**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Familiarity with Discord and its features
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
