**Responsibilities**
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
**Key Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus).
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
* A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a reliable computer or laptop, webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
* Gaming experience, which can help you develop the multitasking and quick thinking skills needed for this role.

**Requirements**
To apply for this role, you'll need to:
* Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
* Live within the state of Florida.
* Be available to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
* Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
