Job Summary
As a Chat Moderator at blithequark, you will be responsible for moderating our official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions align with our community guidelines and rules. This part-time, remote position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Your primary goal will be to maintain a positive, respectful, and engaging community environment for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate the official Discord server, ensuring all user interactions comply with community rules and guidelines.
- Delete messages that violate server rules, providing clear explanations when necessary.
- Enforce disciplinary actions, including muting, banning, or temporary restrictions, in accordance with the severity of rule violations.
- Investigate reports from users regarding potential rule violations, gathering evidence and making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the community management team to develop and implement strategies for maintaining a positive community environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in community management and moderation.
Qualifications:
To be successful as a Chat Moderator at blithequark, you must:
