Key Responsibilities:
As a Campus Growth Program Ambassador, you will play a vital role in building Leland's presence on your campus and engaging with our network of highly talented individuals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ideating and Implementing Growth Strategies: Develop and execute creative plans to increase Leland's visibility and influence on your campus, including events, social media campaigns, and partnerships with student organizations.
- Community Building and Engagement: Foster a strong sense of community among Leland's network members on your campus, facilitating connections and collaborations between like-minded individuals.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders on your campus, including professors, department heads, club presidents, and other influential individuals.
- Content Creation: Develop and share valuable content and resources to support college students in their job recruiting journeys, including articles, guides, and social media posts.
- Culture and Inclusion: Contribute to Leland's culture by promoting an inclusive and collaborative environment, and assist in recruiting future ambassadors on your campus.
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed as a Campus Growth Program Ambassador, you should:
- Be a High-Potential Student: Possess a strong professional and academic background, with a demonstrated track record of achievement and leadership.
- Be Interested in High-Potential Career Paths: Have a genuine interest in entrepreneurship, product management, investment banking, consulting, private equity/venture capital, med school, dental school, law school, or other high-potential fields.
- Have a Strong Work Ethic: Be able to commit ~10 hours a month towards this role, with a bias towards action and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Be a Team Player: Enjoy collaborating with others, building relationships, and fostering a sense of community.
- Be Able to Create Engaging Content: Possess strong communication and content creation skills, with the ability to develop and share compelling resources and ideas.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with Event Planning: Have experience organizing events, conferences, or other initiatives that bring people together.
- Social Media Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for community building and engagement.
- Leadership Experience: Have experience in leadership roles, such as club or organization president, team captain, or project lead.
