**Job Summary**
As a Business Intelligence Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in assessing business data to create actionable insights and recommendations. You'll work closely with our clients to identify new reporting needs and develop solutions to meet their business requirements. Your expertise will help us streamline and normalize reports, define and implement metrics definitions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze data, identify trends, and provide summary analysis and interpretation to business stakeholders
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify new reporting needs and develop solutions to meet their business requirements
* Streamline and normalize reports at regular intervals, define and implement metrics definitions from a global perspective
* Design, run, and implement reports to support the business and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and support in process improvement
* Pursue industry trends and discuss them with internal business groups
* Work collaboratively in a team environment with demonstrated expertise in reporting and exceptional technical skills and presentation abilities
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
* Excellent understanding of data analytics and business processes
* Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, and Visual Studio, with a good understanding of Power Apps and Automation Anywhere - A360
* Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
* Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with a client-centric approach and strong technical skills and presentation abilities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Strong experience with large-scale data analysis, C, C++, Java, .NET, Visual Studio programming, and knowledge of Power Apps and Automation Anywhere 360
* Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Business Intelligence Analyst)
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
