Key Responsibilities In this critical role, you will be responsible for: Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners Educating and referring customers to other areas of arenaflex to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, and balancing daily while providing exemplary customer service Adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation to drive business results and customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree can be considered in lieu of experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues A strong understanding of consumer deposit products and services, with the ability to educate and advise customers on their financial options Proficiency in Spanish is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with bilingual customers Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 1 year or more of experience in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales Cash handling skills, with experience in processing transactions and managing cash accurately Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services, with the ability to educate customers on their use Experience in a sales-oriented environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Customer Focus : A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences Results Orientation : A drive to achieve sales targets and business results, with a focus on growing customer relationships and deepening partnerships Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills : The ability to analyze customer issues and resolve them in a professional and courteous manner Adaptability and Flexibility : A willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
