**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

**Key Qualifications**
* 3 years of direct customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking members.
* Experience with Salesforce.com CRM software, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
* Ability to work from home, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.
* Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
**Preferred Qualifications**
