**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, using a guide to navigate calls in the client's preferred language
* Following up on customer inquiries, documenting information in our database, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
* Offering additional products and services to customers
* Providing expert customer experiences with a smile
**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in both French and English
* 1 year of experience in customer service
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
* Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to learn new technologies quickly
* A reliable computer and internet connection (high-speed internet is required, not Wi-Fi or satellite)
* A smartphone for testing purposes
