About the Role As a B2B Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in handling customer requests and feedback via phone and email through Salesforce. Your primary objective will be to deliver accurate, quick, and professional assistance to our customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. You will be a highly organized and skilled problem-solver who seeks to enhance our customer experience through exceptional technical support and service delivery.
